- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆very unprofessional ! They filed an amended return for me and when I tried to check on my amended return the irs site said they cannot find my return with the information I provided. I then contacted h and r block and the lady Dianna told me she isn't sure what I want her to do for me. -- I want you to check to see if h and r block made a mistake or where the issue is!!! This is the second encontour I have had with Dianna were she has been disrespectful and not helpful at all! Another friend of mine dealt with her and after it took her two weeks to do his return he had already filed it himself and never went back.By Tasha Hoadley, June 24, 2017
